Terms of use
Last updated October 2026. DRAFT — to be reviewed by Trivium’s attorney before go-live.
These terms apply to Trivium One · Build, the project portal of Trivium Builders. Your construction contract governs your project; if anything here conflicts with your contract, the contract controls.
Accounts
Accounts are by invitation. Keep your password private; actions taken with your login are treated as yours. Tell us right away if you think someone else has used it.
Electronic records and signatures
Before you can sign in the portal you are asked to agree to sign electronically. After that, typing your name and pressing an approve button is your signature on that exact version. You can ask for a paper copy of any record and can withdraw your consent in writing; withdrawing does not undo earlier signatures.
Schedules and progress
Dates, progress percentages and completion dates shown in the portal are estimates for planning. Weather, inspections, material lead times, selections and change orders can change them. Completion terms are those in your contract.
Requests, concerns and messages
Requests, concerns and messages sent in the portal help us respond quickly, but they are not formal notice under your contract or Texas law. Warranty and construction-defect claims must be sent as your contract’s notice section requires. For emergencies call (972) 829-4335.
Changes to the work
Changes that affect price or schedule become effective only through a signed change order. Approvals the office records on your behalf (for example, a paper change order you signed) are marked as such.
Photos and documents
Photos and documents are provided to keep you informed. Please don’t share other people’s personal information you see in the portal.
Availability
We work to keep the portal available but don’t guarantee it is uninterrupted. Copies of key records are available from the office.
