Privacy notice

Trivium One · Build is the project portal of Trivium Builders (Trivium Group USA, Dallas, Texas). This notice explains what we keep about you in the portal and why.

What we collect

• Your name, email address and (if you give it) mobile phone number, and your notification choices.
• Records of your project: schedules, photos, documents, selections, change orders, draw requests, payments, requests, concerns and messages.
• Signature records: when you agree to sign electronically and when you approve, decline or ask for changes, we keep your typed name, the date and time, the exact version you saw, and your device (browser) and internet (IP) address.
• For our team: site-visit check-in and check-out times and the work reports they enter.

How we use it

To build your project, keep you informed, record decisions, bill and receive payment, provide warranty service, and keep an accurate project record. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Only with the people working on your project (our team and, where needed, your lender, inspectors, subcontractors or suppliers), and with the services that run the portal: hosting and database (Vercel, Supabase), email and text delivery (Resend, Twilio) and card/bank payments (Stripe — we never see or store your full card number). We may disclose records when the law requires it.

Text messages

We text you only if you turn on text alerts in My account. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop, HELP for help.

How long we keep it

Project records are kept for at least the warranty period plus the period required by law and our insurers, and longer if a claim or dispute is possible.

Security

Access is by invitation only and limited to each person’s own projects. Data is encrypted in transit. If a breach affects your personal information we will notify you as Texas law requires.

Your choices
